A 24-year-old is under investigation for breaking and entering and arson.
Shane Tracer has been charged with one count of breaking and entering into a building with intent, and on one count of arson preparation to burn real property.
The Eaton County prosecutor's offices says this is an ongoing investigation, and he may face more charges in the future.
Tracer's next court date is set for March 13 at 1:30 p.m. His bond is set at $50,000.
