A man has been charged with shooting another man at an apartment complex in Blackman Township.
22-year-old Ladarrius Woods was arraigned Friday on charges of assault with intent to murder, carrying a concealed weapon and felony firearm.
This relates to a shooting at the Granada Apartments on Thursday, September 29.
Police responded to the scene just before 3 p.m. and found a 24-year-old male with a single gun-shot wound to the upper thigh. He was transported to Henry Ford Allegiance Health and is expected to survive.
Woods faces up to life in prison if convicted.
He's due back in court for a preliminary exam on October 12, 2016 at 9 a.m. before District Court Michael Kaleren.
