A man accused of arson is expected to be formally charged Wednesday in Clinton County.
He was caught driving away from the scene of a garage fire in the victim's off-road vehicle. It happened late Monday night in Ovid Township.
Investigators believe a man broke into a home on North Shepardsville Road, set fire to the garage and then took off in the vehicle.
When a witness spotted him, he crashed and ran off. The suspect is a 21-year-old man from St. Johns.
