A man arrested following a standoff in Lansing Wednesday has been charged with murder.
Gregory Williams was arraigned on Open Murder, Home Invasion and Felony Firearm charges Thursday.
Ingham County prosecutors say Williams shot and killed Thomas George on Wexford Road last Saturday.
Lansing police arrested Williams and another man at a home on Cabot Drive Wednesday evening.
Police tell us the two men went into the house to get away from officers.
The first man, who was wanted on a parole violation, surrendered quickly.
Williams stayed in the house for roughly five hours before giving up.
He's due back in court on the murder charge February 17.
