Cody Pierce, of Lowell, was arraigned on Wednesday for possession with intent to deliver marijuana, probation violation and possession with intent to deliver Xanax.
On Sept. 19, the Ionia County Sheriff's office received information that Pierce was was selling marijuana and Xanax to high school students.
Police searched his home and found multiple drug related items.
Pierce, 22 years old, has been arrested and is in custody.
