Police have arrested a 27-year-old man suspected of robbing a gas station early Thursday morning.
It happened around 2 a.m. at the Shell Gas Station on Wildwood Avenue in Jackson.
Police were able to identify the man as a robbery suspect who entered the gas station wearing a black ski mask and brandishing a handgun.
A K-9 Unit was unable to track the suspect but police were able to arrest the man after finding evidence from the robbery inside a vehicle during a traffic stop.
He's currently lodged at the Jackson County Jail on charges related to the robbery.
The man's name won't be released until he's arraigned.
