CLINTON COUNTY, Mich. — A man was arrested in Clinton County for a fatal traffic accident that occurred in Eagle Township.
The Clinton County Sheriff's Office stated that they arrested Thomas Hahn, 55, of Zeeland, MI; on multiple felony counts.
The charges are in relation to a fatal crash that happened on March 9, 2019.
Hahn is currently in the Clinton County Jail.
He will be arraigned Friday, May 10 in district court.
In the initial investigation Hahn's car was reported to be in the eastbound lanes, crossed the median, and struck a westbound vehicle.,
That car was occupied by the driver Ryan Lahaie, 38; Dana Lahaie, 36; and their 3-year-old son Reed Lahaie.
Dana Lahaie was pronounced dead at the scene, while Reed Lahaie succumb to his injuries after being taken to Sparrow Hospital.
Ryan Lahaie remains hospitalized.
Law enforcement also stated in March, that alcohol may have been a factor in the accident.
