Police in Eaton County are reporting an armed robbery at a local store.
It happened on Oct. 28 at the Family Dollar on 5058 S. Waverly Road.
Police say a man went into the store and filled a backpack up with items from the store.
An employee tried to stop the man as he left the store but the suspect pulled out a knife and threatened him.
The employee followed the suspect for a short time until the man entered a residence.
Deputies from Eaton Co. later surrounded the house along with the Lansing Police Department.
There was a stand-off that didn't last very long, then the suspect took off, but was caught by police.
Police have identified him as Terry Sylvester Green. He was arrested and is at the Eaton Co. Jail.
On Monday Green was arraigned on one count of armed robbery.
