A Grand Rapids man accused of urinating on a 5-year-old girl and calling her a racial slur will not face charges.

Sixty-year-old David Dean was arrested Wednesday.
But now prosecutors say the accusations against him are false and they've dropped the charges.
Kent County prosecutors say the children involved in the incident admitted Dean didn't do it.
Investigators found one of the children peed on another child and they decided to blame Dean to avoid getting in trouble.
