We have an update on a shooting that happened on Tuesday during a domestic dispute in Jackson.
29-year-old Troy Lawson was in court Thursday.
He was arraigned on charges of assault with intent to murder, and having a firearm.
The victim, 34-year-old Tashia Wright is in the hospital, still in critical condition after being shot in the head.
Bond for Lawson is set at 200-thousand dollars and he faces life in prison if eventually convicted of the crime.
