The man involved in a highway shootout with police in Grand Rapids is saying that he was assaulted by police while in jail.
33 year-old Adam Nolin claims that officers beat his face and broke his arm following his arrest.
Nolin is accused of killing his girlfriend, 27 year-old Tia Randall.
The Kent County Sheriff's office is reviewing the video footage.
