Lucas Holliday, a former contestant on "The Voice" is scheduled to be in court Thursday for his drug possession charge.
His appearance is listed as a preliminary exam and is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. on January 11 with Judge Clarizio.
Holliday was arrested in December and charged with possession of a drug, adderall, which is a felony.
