The Lansing Police Department is asking the public’s help in locating a woman who is wanted on two felony warrants regarding identity theft.
The department says Shannon Christina Bullard, 40, is described as 5’1” and 125 lbs.
She is wanted for felony warrants of Identity Theft and Personal Identification Information – Obtain/Possess/Transfer with Intent to commit Identity Theft.
