Changes in the new tax code mean big bonuses and new benefits for Lowe's employees.
The home improvement retailer is giving each U.S. worker a one time $1,000 bonus.
Lowe's is also tacking more time onto paid maternity and parental leave, as well as an adoption assistance benefit of up to $5,000 to qualified hourly employees.
