LANSING, Mich. — We're expecting to hear the first testimony in the case against former MSU President Lou Anna K. Simon Tuesday.
Simon is charged with lying to police about when she found out Larry Nassar was accused of sexually abusing patients.
A preliminary hearing begins Tuesday morning in Eaton County District Court.
The judge will decide if there's enough evidence to sent the case to trial.
