CHARLOTTE, Mich. — The former president of Michigan State University is scheduled to be an Eaton County court room Tuesday morning.
A hearing to determine if Lou Anna K. Simon will stand trial on charges connected to the Larry Nassar scandal is scheduled to resume at 9 a.m.
Simon is charged with lying to police about when she knew about the abuse allegations against Nassar.
Her preliminary hearing began on Feb. 5.
Several witnesses have testified over the first three days of Simon's hearing.
She faces up to four years in prison if convicted.
