A couple of mid-Michigan teens have shared the dangers of distracted driving and won scholarship money by doing it.
The 2018 Kelsey's Law Distracted Driving Awareness Scholarship was awarded to four Michigan students, two from Jackson County, all who will share in a $5000 college scholarship.
Fromm Brooklyn, Mikaylah Duffield, who graduated from Columbia Central High School in Brooklyn and is attending Lansing Community College won the prize for Best Video. You can watch it here

And from Parma, Caleb Warner, who is a senior at Western High School, is the Best Graphic Winner.
Michigan Auto Law sponsored the competition with the theme, Stop Distracted Driving.
