LANSING, Mich. — A riverside restaurant is being forced to leave the heart of downtown Lansing after losing its latest legal battle against the city.

Waterfront Bar and Grill did not win the right to remain at the Lansing City Market according to the Michigan Court of Appeals.

The restaurant will be forced to leave the city-owned property by June 1st if the owner decides not to go to the state's supreme court on appeal.
