Police tell us they arrested a one man crime wave who may be responsible for more than 30 felonies in Clinton County last year.
For now, William Workman is charged with four felonies including two breaking and entering cases.
He's considered a suspect in fifteen other burglaries and larcenies.
Detectives are looking at more than a dozen others he could be involved in.
All are believed to have happened last November and December.
