LANSING, MI — Mason High School band kids will be getting new drum line equipment, thanks to LAFCU Credit Union.
A representative from the credit union gave a $1,000 check to the Mason High School Band program Wednesday around 1:30 p.m.
Mason High School's band program received this check because LAFCU Credit Union is an entertainment sponsor for the Lansing Regional Chamber of Commerce Annual Dinner.
This is the 10th year the credit union has made a donation to an area high school band.
