It's summer and it's festival time.
Kicking off Thursday in Charlotte is the annual Bluegrass Festival.
The three-day event is open daily until Saturday at 11 p.m. at the Eaton Co. Fairgrounds.
There will be Bluegrass artists from around the nation and some local acts to listen to. Also, folk and Americana music.
They will offer music workshops as well.
Camping is even available with water and electricity hook-ups.
There are of course other festival fun like food and tournaments throughout the weekend.
