That's what a Livingston County judge is calling the findings of a Judicial Tenure Commission report to oversee misconduct complaints against her.
FOX 47 News reported back in December that a retired judge said in the report that Brennan committed gross negligence by hiding her relationship with a lead detective in a murder trial in her courtroom.
Brennan faces misconduct charges and is already barred from hearing cases.
She's also accused of perjury and destroying evidence in her own divorce case.
She's calling on the Judicial Tenure Commission to reject retired Judge William Giovan’s report and give her a new hearing with a new judge.
The next hearing in the case is set for next month.
