Listeria concerns prompt Michigan company to recall sandwiches

A Michigan food distributor is recalling some sandwiches over listeria concerns.

The recall involves Premo Brand turkey and cheese wedge sandwiches that were distributed to Michigan and ten other states.

A Warren-based food distributor initiated the voluntary recall out of an abundance of caution after testing by the Food and Drug Administration following a different recall tested positive for contamination.

No illnesses have been reported and you can return the sandwiches for a full refund.
