Liquor store robbed at gunpoint in Lansing

LANSING, Mich. — The Lansing Police Department is investigating an armed robbery at a liquor store on the city's northeast side.

Officers responded to a report of an armed robbery at Eric's Markett located at 838 N Pennsylvania Avenue just before midnight Wednesday, July 17.

The store is on the corner of North Pennsylvania Avenue and East Oakland Avenue.

A man walked into the store, pulled out a gun, and demanded cash from an employee at the store.

The suspect ran away from the scene before officers arrived, Lansing police said.

No one was hurt and no arrests have been made.
