The man who police say made a threat against Lansing Community College pleaded guilty to making a false threat of terrorism.

Damian Walker must forfeit all firearms and ammunition that was seized by police, including the magazines from when he made the threat. Walker also admitted that a threat was made toward LCC via Snapchat.

He will be back in court for sentencing on May 9, 2018 at 8:30am.

According to court documents police received information about the threat on November 29, 2017 at 1:50pm from DeWitt City Police.

The individual in contact with DeWitt Police said that Damian Douglas Walker texted him and told him not to go to LCC that day. He claimed Walker also told him to watch the news at 3pm to see what he was about to do.

The person who made the report said that Walker posted videos on snapchat of himself loading a AR-15, and showed thousands of rounds of amunition on the floor.

LCC was evacuated just before 2pm that same day. When police made contact with Walker they found an AR-15, 12 loaded magazines, and an ammo can full of loose ammunition. He also was in possession of another rifle. He was apprehended and brought to the Lansing Police Department jail.
