LANSING, Mich. — Lansing Community College is abuzz as they prepare to welcome new and returning students back to campus.Welcome Week is an annual event held every fall semester that provides a great opportunity for new students to become familiar with the campus, learn about available support services and make new friends. The celebration kicks off Thursday, Aug. 22 and runs through Friday, Aug. 30 with great food, fun activities, therapy dogs, games, prizes and more.
A yearly favorite returns for its final time, Party with the Prez – Party All Knight. The last ultimate party hosted by LCC President Brent Knight. Dr. Knight will retire at the end of the 2020 academic year, and this year’s party will be one for the record books. Join us on Wednesday, Aug. 28 from 11:30 a.m. – 2 p.m. as the party rocks and rolls with the Hot Mess Band, delicious food, games and more. Don’t miss this last chance to party with Prez.
