Lansing Mayor Andy Schor says the city's skyline will change "significantly" in the next few years.
During a conversation at the Lansing Economic Club Luncheon Thursday, he talked about everything from real estate developments to road funding with FOX 47's Ann Emmerich, who moderated the event.
Mayor Schor isn't making any promises, but says the city is stretching every dollar it has to fix the roads. "We will put money into asphalt overlay, when you can because you have big problems in roads. We will be patching we will make the roads passable."
Mayor Schor says the city will get about $5 million dollars from the state this year for road funding, but $25 million is needed just to keep the roads where they are now.
