Work will start again in April to install a more environmentally friendly sewer system in the city of Lansing.

The combined sewer overflow project is a 30-year effort to keep sewage overflow from entering local rivers.

The city is holding a public meeting to discuss the upcoming construction on Tuesday, March 27th at 7:00 p.m. at St. Casimir Church on West Barnes Avenue.
