LANSING, Mich. — The Lansing School District will hold a ceremony Thursday morning to rename its administrative building.
Members of the district's board of education voted last year to rename the building in honor of Shirley Rodgers.
She died of natural causes last January.
Rodgers worked in the district for over three decades.
The ceremony for the Shirley M. Rodgers Administration Center will happen at 9 a.m. on West Kalamazoo Street.
