Voters in the Lansing School District passed a $120-million bond last May.
On Wednesday, on the one-year anniversary of the vote, the district will break ground on the first part of the "Lansing Pathway Promise."
It's going to happen at Fairview STEM Magnet School, one of the schools that will be remodeled or expanded.
The headliner is Pattengill Middle School, which is going to be turned into the new Eastern High School.
