LANSING, Mich. — Members of the Lansing school board are getting their first look at construction that is underway at what will be the new Eastern High School.
The former Pattengill Middle School is being re-purposed to accommodate high schoolers.
Even though it's under construction the school board meeting is being held there.
A $120 million bond was passed back in 2016 to renovate Pattengill into a high school.
Lansing's new Eastern High School is expected to debut in the fall of 2019.
