LANSING, Mich. — Would you be willing to pay for your neighborhood to have better roads and sidewalks?
That's the question the City of Lansing is asking right now in an online survey.
City officials say it would take at least 50 years to repave all of Lansing's roads and sidewalks.
A proposal would allow work to be sped up, however there's a catch, the majority of people living in that area agreed to pay an assessment.
