LANSING, Mich. — The Lansing Police have found a missing person.
Jose Louis Archer was found safe Wednesday afternoon.
Before he was found he was last seen on Wednesday, Sept. 11, in the 1200 block of E. Michigan around noon.
He is 64 years old, 5' 8" and 220 pounds and police say he has dementia.
