A Lansing man hits big off a scratch-off lottery ticket, winning $4 million playing the World Class Millions instant game.

The man bought his ticket at the Waverly E-Z Mart on South Waverly Road in Lansing.

The player, who has chosen to remain anonymous, says his strategy involves going to different stores.

He says he just had a feeling when he walked inside the Waverly E-Z Mart.

He collected his prize Monday, and opted for the one-time lump cash payment of about $2.5 million after taxes.

He says he will use the money to pay off his debts.
