LANSING, Mich. — The Lansing Police Department is investigating a crash that sent a man to the hospital Wednesday night.

Officers responded to a report of a one-vehicle accident on Fairview Avenue near Saginaw Street just after 6 p.m.

A 67-year-old Lansing man's vehicle hit a curb and a light post before flipping on its side.

Witnesses reported the vehicle was driving with its hazard lights on at the time of the crash, police said.

The man was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The cause of the crash is under investigation, but Lansing police say alcohol and drugs are not believed to be factors.
