32 year-old Rahsohn Perry of Lansing will spend at least the next 18-35 years in prison for killing his brother.
An Ingham County Judge handed down the sentence on Wednesday. Perry pleaded guilty to 2nd degree murder in October in exchange for a reduced sentence.
He shot his brother, 39 year-old Michael Jimenez, during an argument in November of 2014.
Jimenez and Perry have the same mother, but different fathers.
