A Lansing man has been charged in connection with a murder that happened back in February.
31-year-old Wilbert Edmond faces weapons charges and open murder.
Police say Edmond was involved in the death of Thomas Dewon George.
George was shot to death in a home on Wexford road in Lansing. Edmond and another man had previously been charged in the case, but those charges were dropped.
Edmond is due back in court next Thursday.
