When asked what this role means to her, Welch said, “I am honored to have been selected as the provost for Lansing Community College. The mission of LCC resonates with my own commitment to serving the educational needs and professional aspirations of our students. LCC’s academic and student service programs are innovative, and the faculty is exceptional and devoted to providing students with an outstanding educational experience.
