LANSING, Mich. — Starting Monday, June 10, there will be a new lane closure in downtown Lansing.
One lane of South Capitol Avenue between West Lenawee and West Kalamazoo will be closed. The area is right next to Reutter Park.
The Lansing Board of Water and Light will be doing steam and water main work there.
Access to local businesses will remain available. However, sidewalks along the north side of West Lenawee St. will be closed.
The work zone will expand to close all of South Capitol Avenue in early July.
There's no word on when it will reopen.
