LANSING, Mich. — A court hearing is scheduled on Thursday in the case against a former Michigan State University gymnastics coach.
Kathie Klages is awaiting trial on two counts of lying to police.
One of them is a felony.
She's accused of lying to investigators about allegations against Larry Nassar.
If convicted, she would faces up to four years in prison.
Thursday's appearance is a motion for a protective order. That means her lawyer is asking for an order to prohibit the disclosure of certain personal information to be released.
It's scheduled for 10:30 a.m. in front of Judge Draganchuk in Ingham County Circuit Court.
