Kim Meeuwsen, RDN, CSOWM, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, joined us in studio with some simple tips.
- Write a S.M.A.R.T goal and reassess and re-adjust regularly
- Instead of berating yourself when you have an off day/week/month show yourself compassion
- Recognize all-or-nothing tendencies and build up to your goals slowly
- Start and end your day on positive notes/reflections
