Flint residents who are suing city and state officials over the city's water crisis will not have to take their case to federal court.
According to Mlive, the US 6th Court of Appeals says the class action lawsuit case will remain in Genesee County.
Current and former Michigan department of environmental equality employees wanted the case moved to federal court, but the three judge appeals court panel affirmed an earlier decision to keep the case in the county.
