The next step in the Magnuson Hotel's fight to evict nearly 100 otherwise homeless people happens Tuesday morning.
That's when Ingham County Judge James Jamo hears arguments over the city's request to delay the evictions.
The hotel's owners want to start renovations and told everyone to be out by Monday. Judge Jamo issued a temporary-restraining order on September 1st.
Lansing is asking for 120 days to find housing for the people staying at the Magnuson.
