A New York State Supreme Court judge is ordering a 30-year-old man to move out of his parents' home.
Judge Donald Greenwood ruled Tuesday that Michael Rotondo must leave his family's home in Camillus.
In filings to the court last week, parents Christina and Mark said they've been trying to get their son to move out for several months.
The filings included five written notices they've left for Michael, starting with a note on February 2 giving him 14 days to "vacate."
Another note told Michael he was "hereby evicted" from their home and even offered him $1,100 to find a place to stay.
Michael says he will appeal Judge Greenwood's decision. Right now, there is no date for when he has to be out of the home.
