The judge overseeing the federal lawsuits against Larry Nassar has entered a "default" order -- meaning Nassar is legally considered liable for sexual assaults detailed in those cases.
Nassar failed to respond to the lawsuits, which in the eyes of the court means he admits to everything that is detailed in the cases.
The default order does not apply to Michigan State University, Twistars, or the other defendants.
It also does not mean Nassar admits to anything in his criminal cases.
He’s charged with sexually assaulting women and girls he was treating in Ingham and Eaton counties and with molesting the daughter of a family friend in Ingham County.
Nassar is also facing federal child pornography charges.
