Jolly Pumpkin Announces East Lansing Location along Albert Avenue

EAST LANSING, Mich. — Harbor Bay Real Estate Advisors (Harbor Bay) and Jolly Pumpkin Artisan Ales (Jolly Pumpkin) are excited to announce that Jolly Pumpkin will be opening an East Lansing location along Albert Avenue in the Center City District Development.

Jolly Pumpkin is part of the Michigan-based Northern United Brewing Co., which also encompasses the Grizzly Peak and North Peak craft beer brands, as well as Nomad Cidery, Civilized and Old Mission Spirits, and Bonafide Wines.

Jolly Pumpkin’s philosophy focuses on a dedication to conservation, inspiration and locally sustainable practices. Jolly Pumpkin pubs can be found in Ann Arbor, Dexter, Traverse City, Detroit, Royal Oak, Grand Rapids, Chicago, Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (Coming Soon), Dearborn (Coming Soon), and now East Lansing.

The Center City District Development is a $125 million multi-generational, mixed-use development that includes the Landmark on Grand River, Newman Lofts, Target, public parking, and 24,000 SF of retail along Albert Avenue. Jolly Pumpkin will be a full-service restaurant occupying approximately 5,850 SF, located at the East corner of the Center City District retail along Albert Avenue.

Jolly Pumpkin anticipates opening by Fall 2019. Newman Lofts will be open by October 2019 and the Landmark on Grand River will be open by August 2019

At most points throughout the day, parking is available along the street for the quick, in-and-out retail experience. However, if you need to stay a few moments longer, parking is always available at the Charles Street, Division Street, or Grove Street Garages.
