Johnsonville is recalling 109,603 pounds of smoked pork sausage because of possible contamination.
The recall includes 14 ounce packages of JALAPEÑO CHEDDAR Smoked Sausage” that have best buy dates of April 4, 2018.
These packages were produced on January 4, 2018.
The recall came after three people complained about finding hard, green plastic in the sausage.
If you have these sausages you are urged to throw them away or return them to the store where you bought them.
