Vice President Joe Biden is waking up in Michigan this morning.
He was invited by Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan to speak with small business owners who won grants from a program that matches businesses with real estate in Detroit.
It's unclear whether or not Biden will visit the Detroit Auto Show.
