Presidential candidate Jeb Bush praises the governor for how he has handled the fallout, saying he's going through the challenge and fired people, and accepted responsibility to fix the crisis.
The former Governor of Florida goes on to say the focus should be on fixing Flint's water system instead of blaming people.
