There's now controversy over a campaign ad for U.S. Senate Candidate John James.
He's now apologizing for it, calling it a "terrible error."
It all has to do with a swastika seen briefly on a bulletin board of a school hallway.
James says it was stock footage used in the ad, and says he has no idea where it is from.
The Republican however added, he's not making any excuses.
That ad is now being phased out and a new ad is already rolling out Tuesday.
